Positives:
Continental breakfast was great. The location was awesome. 5 minutes walk to the beach, with ocean views from the room. The staff provided extra linens for our needs coming back from the beach and lots of extra coffee for the coffee maker.
Negatives:
The electrical outlets didn't work, the lamp didn't work. The tub was really old and pitted with rust. The interior walls needed a fresh coat of paint. The pool was closed due to some problem with the filter :(

I booked and called direct to confirm pool and hot tub were working. Then I arrived 2 weeks later and they said it was closed for over a week. No messages.
People aloud dogs. They barked all day and night then walked past my main floor window and let dog crap on grass outside my window and did not pick up.
Negatives:
Felt sketchy and no pool, room did not feel clean. Couch armrests extra dirty. Bad linin

Breakfast was very low budget they did pay attention when stuff was low and you had to go find some which had to get someone else to see if they had more, also they ran out of towels so brought us some from the pool area.

We paid for the ocean view room and I loved my view aside from some power line chords that were a bit fallen that made it hard to see properly. Other than that the view was immaculate.

The fallen power lines in front of my room window and the fact that there was only cereal and bagels provided for breakfast.

When we first got there we noticed we had no towels. We called front desk and they said they would be right up with towels. It took about 1 hour. Then later that night we're going to take a shower but there was no shower curtain or curtain rods. When I turned the key in I told the fro t desk and they adjusted our bill by 25%.
