Positives: When trying to figure out where I wanted to stay, I noticed that there were 2 Holiday Inns in Ontario. They looked similar from the profile, similar costs, and what appears to be similar locations. If you have experienced the same confusion and are not sure which one to choose, let me make this simple... This is the "Express" and THIS IS THE ONE YOU WANT. Even as I passed through the lobby, many people walked in and had them mixed up. I actually felt sorry for the ones that had to go to the other location. This one is MUCH nicer and the location is MUCH better. The other one is basically a motel. Don't get me wrong, there is nothing super special about this place. But I assume if you're passing through the area and need a hotel this will check most of the boxes...above average accommodations, modern facilities and pleasant staff.

Negatives: It was a little pricey for Ontario (Oregon) but there are only a couple decent hotels in the area.

Positives: Yes we really like this hotel and have for years. It was clean and everyone was very nice. I love how clean the breakfast area is kept! But it makes me sad that you allow animals

Negatives: I am very frustrated with you allowing dogs in the hotel. We have family members with severe allergies to animals and so we will no longer be staying with you. This makes me sad. I wish more places would understand that allergies are a big deal. We watched dog owners allowing their animals to sit on the couches in the dinning area.
