The Kitchen in the room

When I checked in, the amount of paperwork I had to sign was practically me renting out the room. There were a long list of Rules with a pet (which all ended with threats to kick you out or fine you). Rules just as a guest that involved a fine or threats to kick you out, signs everywhere reminding you of the rules and policies (on the exits, on your microwave, on your desk, on the back of your room door...elevator...). They gave you an additional small piece of paper with your room key reminding you again of the rules of the property. Staying here left me with so much anxiety that I was going to break one of their many policies. The Wifi was patchy and the exit door keyless entry was broken so any time you used the Pet Door, you had to walk around the property into the main entrance....you are not allowed to prop the door open (even though its broken) because that would involve you getting kicked out or fined...per the sign on the door). I travel 2 weeks out of the month across all of the PNW, this is the first time in 4 years that I truly did not enjoy my stay, won't return and won't recommend. I've stayed at this brand before in Idaho and had zero issue...so it leads me to believe this is a management issue.

Good location for the purpose of my trip, easy access to major highways. The room was very clean & the AC worked great.
Negatives:
Parking lot is very small & crowded, difficult to maneuver in and out of parking spots. The bed was lumpy, so I didn’t get much rest during my stay.
