Very good
Positives:
Location is easy to access. Breakfast is well executed. Use of the Hilton app makes check in easy as does the electronic key. I liked being able to message the staff when I had a couple questions. Response was very quick.
Negatives:
The $20 daily parking fee was quite a scam. There are automatic gates at the property but they are not metered or monitored. The parking and access is not secure and I’m unsure what I was actually paying for. The sofa bed mattress was one of the worst I have seen. My son tolerated it but it could have been much better. The bathroom wasn’t ventilated, which would have been nice.

Bed was so comfortable and the pillow was perfect! I found the location was ideal and attended a fabulous seminar in your comfortable meeting rooms. Those chairs were very comfortable as well. Your reception staff, parking lot security and bartender were absolutely a wonderful, warm and welcoming front line. So appreciated! I love the water features!

Perfect Pillow and a Warm...
Positives:
The breakfast was excellent, the room was clean, the beds were comfortable, no issues with other guests, location is great, really hot water for relaxing showers.
Negatives:
The pool was the coldest pool I've ever swam in, no paper towels in our room, had to pay for parking, TV had very few channels, no fan/ventilation in bathroom.

Positives:
Nice view, good-sized rooms, good breakfast, good quality amenities, friendly staff, drink tickets.
Negatives:
The parking fee was unexpected, no vending machines, flavored coffee creamer would be a plus, I was under the impression that Easter eggs would be hidden throughout the hotel a couple times during breakfast hours. There were some out at 7am when I went downstairs but were all gone by 8:30, so my son was a little disappointed. It would be amazing if checkout was at least 12 or 1. A side note, our shower would drain extremely slowly, preventing us from showering.

Bed was very comfy. Suite was quite large.
Negatives:
When I checked in I asked if a luggage cart could be brought up to my room in the morning and was told that would be fine. Bu t when I called the front desk in the morning I could only get an interactive recording, and when I asked to have a luggage cart sent to my room, I was told they were available in the lobby. Just a small thing, but definitely an inconvenience on a tight schedule.

The fire alarm went off awaking me 4 hours after I had travelled for 20plus hours. Then the staff on duty failed to manage the issue in a professional manner. I felt unsafe. I communicated this with the management. I have not yet returned to see if they have improved their emergency protocols.
