I loved the layout of the room and the how all the necessities were right there for us

There was some staining on the bed spreads. We ended up stripping most of the bedding and using just the sheet and our own blankets for hygienic purposes.

Upon entering the hotel we were great with friendly guest service desk personal. They were very helpful with all questions.
Positives:
The room layout and full kitchen. The blackout curtains! The pool was warm. The bartender was friendly.
Negatives:
There was garbage in our room. A chip on a chair, a wrapper on the floor. The dishes did not look clean but were put away. The towels at the pool are cool for children. The remote control was VERY sticky, it was gross. The bed.
To be fair, the cleaning staff are probably the lowest paid and have to clean a billion rooms in a few hours. It feels hard to write honest reviews when we think about who may feel pressured to do better when the positions are hard to keep filled, the staff probably feel undervalued and have the hardest job at the Hyatt House. I also know we all have bad days. I would come back, once you got a hot tub.
