Um... I liked the part where I was LEAVING the hotel.
Negatives:
I don't like to be a critic. I know, that more than one person relies on this place for their livelihood, so it is tough to say this, but this place needs to be either entirely renovated, or torn down to the ground. You know those dark corners of downtown Portland where you can't distinguish the difference between a sidewalk and a sewer? Well, this place rents rooms to that sidewalk for $60 per night.
The beds SEEMED to be clean, and it was apparent that the room service staff has pride in their tasks, but I DEFINITELY will not be returning.
However, if you absolutely must stay by the convention center at a cheap price, and you didn't bring a sleeping bag for a comfortable sleep on a TriMet bench, what's the worst that could happen..?

The hotel is so well located, just opposite the convention centre (if you need to stay over in Portland and attend something there, that is). The room is big enough and the bed was comfortable to me, but it could do with a bit of refreshing.
Negatives:
The shower temperature kept changing while having a shower. I think the bathroom could be improved in its layout but it's functional nonetheless as it is.
