Beautiful architecture quiet room

Slow staffing. Poor housekeeping. Called and asked for things and never received them have to continue to ask for them like towels & the pile of pillows on my bed are so uncomfortable none of them are feather. I thought for the price it would be a more upscale place.

The room and building was nice and the bed was great and access to coffee at all times was great. Staff were helpful as well

I had breakfast included asked where and they said the one off the lobby and then still got a bill.

Booking.com said there would be a kitchenette in the room. When I showed the staff the confirmation stating same in email, they informed me that none of their rooms had kitchenettes. They comped us with $50 food daily. Nice of them, not so nice booking.com!
