The bed and pillows were comfortable. The room was clean and I liked that it was right off of the highway.

Location right off the hwy. However, the hotel, the parking, the pool and the male Manager was an unprofessional DISASTER. I will never stay here again.

We had to switch rooms. Then our toilet clogged and flooded bathroom with sewage and while the staff took time to clean it all up, We missed our dinner reservations. Then at 12am, 12:15am, 1am, 1:20am, 2am and 2:12am there was illegal noise disturbance.

It is very airy and bright. I love that there is a resturant inside it, however it was hardly open when we were there. Also love the pool.
Negatives:
Our room did not get cleaned very often and we had to go ask for coffee everyday. The desk person was kinda indifferent. We waited a very long time to check in as there is only one desk person for some reason at 5 pm and check in is at 4 pm.

Room was nice, bartender on Saturday was friendly, approachable and personable. Loved how pet friendly this property was.

The floor in the room was quite disgusting. Turned my washcloth deep brown.

My booking was for Executive King Room, mind you I had a prepaid reservation. But the my didnt have any available when I checked in. And instead of apologizing the manager went to mansplain and tell me that its almost identical to a regular to the king room and it is all he had and if I wanted it or not!! WTF??! Are you doing me a favorI paid and made the reservation in advance so I have the room of my choice!! Hike in this area often but never staying at this location again.
