Negatives: So noisy… you can hear every step on the upper floor, impossible sleep.really cold room. The AC not working properly.

Negatives: The bed was so uncomfortable (could tell it was an old mattress) and the place just seemed old/dingy.

Negatives: This property isn’t what was advertised or pictured and very outdated. No hot tub. No gym. No Sauna, Pool was yellow and the elevator took forever.

Negatives: Ants in the room. Trash in the room. Listed a breakfast but no breakfast. Fitness center was taped off and couldn't use. Hot tub was filled with concrete so no hot tub. For the price I guess but not a leisure stay for sure.

Negatives: Continental breakfast is missing.

Negatives: The staff at night was horrible. The lady who works nights (heavyset Hispanic woman) is very rude as is the night security. The lady working the desk came outside and started yelling at us because we had pulled up to pick up our friend and throw away some trash, but the homeless people who camp out in the parking lot were left alone and not dealt with. Me as a paying guest did not get the same privilege. As soon as you walk in the door they harass you and accuse you of not following rules. They literally chased us to the elevator telling me that my guest who was supposed to be added to the room needed to leave. I didn't even want to leave my room because I worried there would be another issue with the staff.

Negatives: had asked for extra blankets n pillows.. everything was closed for renovation.. had to go and find someone to see why. The light to the elevator was off. I'm vision impaired and I ran into the door. It did smell really clean. And quite. But the neighborhood is scary. Had a few people who were clearly on something come up to me and my husband a few times. The breakfast was awful. I was so sad cause it was my birthday and nothing worked out at this place. The wind blinds where open the whole time because they were broke.
