Positives:
The staff was wonderful both days. We were able to use an area inside the hotel to meet with a family member, even a few hours after we checked out.
Negatives:
We were thinking of using the hot tub, but didn't like that it was so visible to anyone walking through the lobby to the stairs or hallway, so chose not to. Not a big deal though.
Positives:
Nice river view from the hotel. Rooms are big. Has pool and hot tub open 24 hours.

It's been our 3rd time staying in this hotel, and temperature in the sauna is always cold.

The creamer in the room was spoiled. The jetted tub needed to be cleaned better. The breakfast wasnt that great. For almost $---a night they could have made small touches that would have made a big difference

Location, spa, and breakfast were our favorite pluses of this hotel.
Negatives:
Bed was comfortable but bed linens were wrinkled and not ironed, room was stuffy.

I really liked the setup in the room, large comfy chair, fireplace, soft fluffy bed, down duvet and pillows. The 24 hr pool and spa with adult time after 10pm was a bonus.

I opened the balcony door a crack for a light breeze, the window doesn't open

Wonderful solo adult break
Positives:
The location was wonderful. Step right out the side door and you are on Broadway. The lobby was beautiful with mostly friendly front staff. The 2:00 cookies and 5:00 chowder is a nice touch. The breakfast was better than the o e he had down the street! The bed was comfortable and the room was decent. Next time I'd like a second floor. Will definitely be back.

Room could have used an extra blanket. Other than that it was good.

Great place in the heart of it all.
Positives:
It's beauty and well kept, location and view on the river, staff always available, parking convenience, quiet, well insulated rooms could not hear neighbors,the complimentary cookies at 2:00 and soup at 5:00, and, of course, the complimentary breakfast.
Negatives:
If i had to make a negative comment it would be the pilot light on fireplace was a big constant flame and kept room too warm during sleeping. That definitely would not keep us from returning again.

the staff was outstanding - friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, responsive, personable, thoughtful the breakfast was amazingly prepared and presented - felt happy in the lobby greatest location - w/in walking distance to downtown stores, restaurants, etc little balcony - fun to be on the water & enjoy birds, etc room had all expected amenities
Negatives:
room was dusty & not quite as sparkling clean as imagined - in the future possibly consider replacing carpet w/hard surface - photos depicting property were a bit deceptive - river looks much larger - however, after adjusting to the reality, the river up & down was good, the bridges were interesting, and the nature was enjoyable
