Positives:
They lost both of my reservations (I had two rooms). The lobby was full of people with lost reservations - took almost an hour to get it straightened out. The location is excellent, prices are good, the place is a bit run down. They could raise their prices if they did a bit of a facelift, replace ragged chairs, clean the balcony, room service would be great. My showed would not drain when I arrived, but maintenance fixed it quickly.
Negatives:
the lost reservations, cleanliness of the deck especially, condition of some furniture was bad, peeling wallpaper, some areas need paint. My deck was next to a restaurant exhaust fan, and so I couldnt really use the deck.

Everything was wonderful!! booking.com. Just of transpose.My first name and last name so check in was a little difficult Until the clerk figured it out.

The hot tub jets were not working. All that great that was a little disappoint in sunset. Love to get in the tub for my lower back issues.. But God, great service and wonderful view. Have a very nice time.!

Secured parking and location was great. Beds were comfortable. Great view. Lobby area was clean. Sue was friendly.

Smelled like dog, asked for somexair freshnerctwice and never received. Did not get the room requested. Room only had 1 plate, 1 fork, no spoons. No screen on sliding door. Only 1 elevator worked. Pool was out of order.

It was a great location for spring break at the beach.

Check in was supposed to be at 4, but they were struggling with the check in process and couldn’t get checked in till 6. Only one elevator worked, pool was closed due to a filtration issue. The whole hotel was dirty and outdated. Hotel was very loud and beds were old and squeaky.

Pool and hot tub was out of service and they didn’t offer a discount for that. That was the main reason I chose that hotel. I could have gotten a cheaper hotel somewhere else in the same area that didn’t have a pool. And the dryer on my floor was out of service so I had to lay laundry throughout our room.
