The staff was so amazing and even went out of their way to find and install a fridge with freezer for me to store my ice packs in before surgery.

The room is no where near as pictured, the beds were full not queen as advertised and you could feel and hear the springs in the mattresses, I’m not sure the shower floor has been washed on a regular basis or that they dust/sweet cob webs, we had to ask to have the tv set up so we could watch something, the heater even turned all the way down blew extremely hot air and heated the room instead of cooled it the 20 mins we left to get food and let our dog outside, eventhough there are signs and you are told when you come in to smoke off property or in designated areas people were still smoking sitting on the curb by their rooms, I couldn’t even keep the window open to cool down the room because of the cigarette smoke constantly coming in, however the biggest problem would be that during our stay we had uninvited guests…ants

Good price for a last minute motel room. I really just wanted a bathtub to soak my knees. Doing yard work all day, more than expected, online booking. com showed queen & bathtub available, desk clerk sent me to 3 rooms she thought had bath tubs, my only other request was "no stairs" the last room was upstairs, 2 beds, no fridge or microwave (all other rooms had micfridge) too tired to change room again. Did receive a discount for all the trouble..

No bathtub, no fridge or microwave in room, had to wipe down bathroom counter, it had soap residue and sticky rings from a drink cup on counter. Tiny shelf in shower not able to hold products, really noisy heater fan. But it was low price..

Well for starters room 103s bathroom door wouldn't open and I was stuck inside it multiple times and my mom had to help get me out. Beds were rock hard and so uncomfortable. Fuzz and hair all over our beds and pillows. Floor was gritty like it hadn't been swept. Didn't shower cause the shower floor looked like it hadn't been cleaned either. Ac didn't work. Would turn it on and it would blow hot air. Will not stay here again. Needs some serious help.
