We arrived late Tuesday night. Very few guests were staying. We were hoping to be placed in a room with a view and/or away from other guests for more privacy. We were placed in a room with guests on either side of us.

We didn’t like that the hotel had a lot of vacancies but they put us in a blocked view room in the upper back area. We felt that the staff forgot to tell us about the wine tasting (we knew about it, so mentioned it to them).

Wifi password printed on cover to room key did not work. Walked 100 yards to reception only to be told that the password given was not correct!! It begs the question: why give out wrong information, why had it not been corrected?
