EV charger didn't work. Coffee maker in the room didn't work. Requested for house keeping, but it didn't happen citing "short staff". Bath soap in bathroom got over in just one use. Breakfast place was small, not enough place to sit and not many options.

Loved everything about the hotel and location. My son lives in the area, and this hotel will be my go-to place when visiting!
Negatives:
Unfortunately, the elevator was out of order during our stay, which made it difficult for my elderly mother on the 3rd floor. Things happen. Will definitely be back!

Maids needed to check the microwave… had old food in it. Maintenance needed on the heater/air conditioner…. Fan assembly really needed help. Was reported to the front desk. Hopefully they fixed it.

Positives:
Breakfast was good. But this was the second time I stayed there and they were out of orange juice with breakfast.
Negatives:
Check out is at 12 noon and at 10 minutes til 11 housekeeping was opening our door. Said there was no do not disturb sign so they just came in. We told them we would be out by 12 which is check out time,and they came to our door 3 times to see if we were checking out yet. When we did go to leave at 11:50am I opened my door to see housekeeping standing outside my door waiting to come in.
