Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. Parking was good. Would not have stayed if it had not been pet friendly.

Electrical cords to TV, refrigerator, microwave were not plugged in and were difficult to access outlets to plug them in.

The room, the toilet had to be fixed twice in the 8 to 9 hours we were there. The first time was at 1:40am. Just after we arrived.

This hotel had no hot tub or fitness center that we specifically booked this place for so needless to say we were not happy . Staff didnt care and it was nonrefundable so we were stuck in a hotel with no amenities we asked for . Very upsetting .

After I checked in and went to my room I found that there was no water I went to the front desk to ask him why they said that the water been cut off to the whole hotel I said that they could have let me know that before I checked in
