Positives:
Staff is the most caring hotel staff I’ve ever come across. Truly went above and beyond to make my son feel special. I asked the staff if it was possible to leave a card saying happy birthday to my son since we were visiting for his birthday. They went out and bought a card, balloons, and a stuffy. The most amazing part was they put happy birthday to my son on their big sign outside. They went out of their way to be so kind just because that’s the kind of people they are. They had no idea my son and I were on vacation because we suddenly lost my niece (his cousin/best friend) over the summer and he cried thinking about a party without her. It meant the world to us, seriously more than they could imagine.

Positives:
The pool was fine, the kids enjoyed it. The temperature in the pool room was good so I could watch the kids without being uncomfortable.
The beds were decent

Negatives:
The hotel is old, outdated, poorly lit. We were put in the room next to the lobby which was very loud with people coming and going, and the people outside the front door. Our room was never serviced and I had to bring the front desk all my dirty towels and request for new sets. We were told that we were put in the wrong room and originally we were supposed to have a different room, however the manager checked us in so not sure how that happened. The lounge attached to the hotel was loud and clearly there is no quiet hours in the hotel because people were running down the hall at midnight the first night we were there. The free breakfast was not good, so not a perk of the hotel. Overall disappointing because the hotel certainly wasn't cheap.

We loved the play structure outside and the indoor pool and hot tub. Great for a family with toddlers. Location was pretty good to Great Wolf water park we were going to. We loved the two room we stayed in with the bunk bed for our toddler separated from us by French doors. Loved the option to go down to the lounge and restaurant. Great value overall.
Negatives:
A little outdated. Breakfast could be better. It was so noisy. Perhaps all the families are placed next to each other in the same section. The walls were so thin. Heard doors banging shut throughout the night and rowdy children next door and in the hallways. It took awhile for our toddler to get used to the ruckus and fall asleep. And we are from NYC so we are used to certain amount of noise. Besides that, great value hotel anyway!

Positives:
Breakfast, close to casino, easy parking.
Negatives:
Loud children and dogs. I was charged for my small dog that I always pick up after, carry in the lobby, and take with me when I leave the room. It's insulting that I was disturbed by a careless owner who was charged the same amount for a pet fee. I will go to Red Roof Inn unless this policy can be discretionary for frequent business travelers with companion animals.

it should be a buffet.
Negatives:
Room --> Beds were to high, i have to put my chin down with 2 pillows to see TV. " good idea to put TV on the wall.
Bed --> Unconfortable, sink IN and Pillow was not ugly, gave my wife a neck pain.
