The location of the towel cabinet. hit my head on the towel cabinet trying to to sit on the toilet. The light bedside the bed was too bright no dimmer switch. I was cold most off the night because the thermostat took so long to warm. Water slow to drain

Close to highways to get you in any direction quickly. Sals nearby for yummy food. Big retail stores nearby. Pretty in the fall also. The staff was nice and very helpful.

The weights were broken..but the cardiovascular machines were great!

Clean, safe and a good price!

Breakfast was fine. Only ate once out of 4 days.
Negatives:
The TV did not work in our room. However, was transferred to another room which was a disabled room, and the shower was not that great. Very little pressure, but room is bigger. Overall, the staff, cleanliness and beds were great. This is our second time staying in hotel and it is our go to while in Beaver Falls. Thank you.

After making it very clear that I would stay for only one night instead of the originally booked two nights and receiving confirmation, I was still charged for two nights on my credit card immediately. I was then informed that it would take several business days to credit back the charge for one night. The story continues: when I left all my valuables in the room and wanted to leave the hotel for dinner, I happened to find that the room lock didn't work! What if I hadn't checked the door? Anyone could have easily broken in and taken my passports! Lastly, the wifi didn't work, despite assistance from the front desk, and I ended up spending the entire evening at McDonald's for the free wifi!

Simply the worst experience in so many years of business travel!
Positives:
The proximity of the microtel to Geneva College was just right, 10 minutes. We were delighted to meet other alumni staying here, and found the facilities comfortable and welcoming as well as economical and kind to our budget! The desk persons were friendly and helpful.
Negatives:
Perhaps the ironing board in the closet could be held at the desk for loan? We found that it took up considerable space in the closet and had to remove it to make room for hanging out clothes. Its a small thing, but just a suggestion.
