The staff was awesome! Everything my family and I needed was provided for us and we had a great stay. We were originally only supposed to stay one night but our rental property wasn’t ready on time. It was super simple to book the room for an additional night without having to repack and move down the hall. We were also traveling with cats and this is one of the only 2 pet friendly hotels in the area. There is a fitness room. I live in this area now but if I ever need a hotel for a night, I’ll choose this one!

Noisy work crews in the hallway early in the morning. Not really anything the property can do about it, the voices just boom down those long corridors.

Not allowing the multiple people to be drinking alcohol in the parking lot. Upon our return for our 2nd night stay we found a person passed out by the secondary exterior entrance. This entrance is supposed to be room key secured, however the card reader was broken and the door was open for anyone to enter.

We were supposed to stay at your hotel with our softball team. A few parents showed up before we did and left your facility because it was filthy. We did not even come to your facility because of what they had told us, so we just ate the cost.
