A large dog barking constantly for hours till 11:15pm next door. Owners finally came back after leaving unattended. I called the front desk at 10:45pm and was on hold without reaching anyone for half an hour. Finally hung up when they returned.

My room has a connecting door to the next room, and I can hear everything through that door. It's quite inconvenient I don't understand why they have a connecting door there

Housekeeper was so rude after i asked they didnt slame doors as i was working nights abd sleeping. They slammed door so hard after i asked it rattled the walls! Ill never stay here again!

Charming hotel. The rooms are well appointed. The entire building gives a sense of quality construction. The staff were a delight. I will skyways try to stay there when in the Pittsburgh area.
