Positives: The staff only.
Negatives: I requested weeks in advance to have an ADA room on the first floor. I am 100% disabled per the Veterans Admin and part of my disability insurance is PTSD. I was put on the second floor. My TV would not turn off. Had to set volume off but had to put up with it flickering all night. T I own a Keurig coffee maker. When faced with the Keurig in my room, it did not work well. I had to hold down the top of the coffee maker to make it run. I did report this to the staff upon departure. Breakfast with the hostess and cook was excellent.

Positives: The hotel was very nice. The Pool was excellent.So warm! The hot tub was broken so that was disappointing but we enjoyed the pool. The rooms were very clean and the bed was comfortable.
Negatives: I was disappointed with the breakfast. They charge $16./person. I have stayed the past 3 weeks in hotels from Maine to Florida and this was the only hotel that charged. It looked like a nice buffet, the hotel room price was reasonable, so whatever.

Positives: Nice clean rooms
Negatives: The main reason for choosing this hotel was that they had a spa/hot tub. Though I received multiple messages prior to our stay about room upgrades, there was no mention that the spa was out of service and has been for a while. They did not offer that info at check in either. we would have tried to cancel the booking and stayed somewhere else since that was a major amenity wanted for our travel
