The room was clean but that was the only thing I can say in its favor. The room needs to be updated for modern travelling. It had no accessible electrical outlets to plug in my phone or my laptop. The only accessible outlet was in the bathroom and it was not securely fastened. When I pulled out my hair dryer cord, the outlet came with it and I had to hold it in to prvent it from coming completely out of the wall. The lighting in the room was also uncomfortable: I think the bulbs were either daylight or bright white rather than warm white giving the room the appearance of a morgue. The security chain on the door was also unattached and I had to put a chair against the door to feel secure, and even then... The room had two double beds which were OK but one bed was less than a foot away from the air conditioner which blew on me all night making for an uncomfortable sleep.

This Hotel disgusting, very terrible experience! From the moment we went to check in which was at 12 midnight after coming from a family gathering. We walk in encounter a young lady with two toddlers running all over with no shoes on, one of the toddlers rip her pamper off and starts throwing it all over. After that as we are heading towards our room we encountered a drug transaction in process,Prostitution being solicited in the parking lot. Then after we proceeded to go up the stairs to our room a terrible stench coming from the carpet. Now we are finally in the room chipped paint everywhere, the fire alarm broken and hanging over the bed headboard , Headboard had hand prints from previous visitors gross!!! We proceed to check the sheets out we find a thick male pubic hair. Completely beyond disgusted at the point we call the front desk ask for a refund, the response was I cant do that you have to wait until tomorrow at 11am when management came in. We had no choice basically stuck.

This place is HORRIBLE!!!!! We had roaches in the bed. The room was non-smoking but the room reeked of smoke. The mattress comforter had so much cigarette holes. The guy at the front desk was very, very rude and nasty. Completely disrespectful to me. The outside of the property was scary. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Its a very nasty place to stay. My family and I left after 15 minutes of disgust. I was not comfortable from when I parked my car. The guy stated he was not giving us a refund. I mean I couldnt stay in there over night. I had to leave.

Lighting over jacuzzi was not pleasant. No fan to remove moisture in air from jacuzzi, room became sticky even with air on . And lastly , guests were sitting all over stairs and wouldn't move off them for easy walking
