Negatives:
The parking and entrance description was terrible. I've stayed at these apartment buildings where a company rents out a room. It's always a disaster checking in. I had to call three times about a parking space. After I finally got an answer as to where my parking space was, because they said if you park in someone's spot you can get towed, she told me very condescendingly that "that's what is on the description". She made me feel like I wasn't reading the instructions correctly. Not the case. I won't be using Sonder ever again.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating during check in. The check in process was smooth and easy.
Negatives:
There was no one at the front desk when we asked for an extra blanket at night. No telephones in the room, so the only way to talk to the front desk was to walk down there. The breakfast wasn’t great-very, very basic.
