While the property is under a renovation, there was trash from the renovation laying around the hall ways. The door on our one room wouldnt lock properly (wasnt installed correctly). The workers renovating the hotel were trying to clog up the front desk to flirt with the employee. The description of our reservation also did not equal to what we were given!

the room was more like a studio apartment with a full kitchen; guest self-laundry; beds were super comfortable

the rug in the room was wet, moldy and filthy, so much so that when we walked on the rug before stepping into the shower, we would have black dirt and grime wash off or feet. we did not want to walk on the rug without shoes; the rooms were only cleaned once a week, being an extended stay facility; we had to bring dirty towels to the front desk to get new ones in a daily basis; we had to bring garbage out to dumpsters in the lobby on a daily basis

The beds and pillows were comfortable. The room had a fridge, dishwasher, so yes, real dishes, a two burner stove, sink and a great shower.

The room I booked on booking, a bed and and a sleeper sofa was not what I got. But they switched us, so my sister in law had her own bed and I had one too. It was accommodating

The size of the room was very nice. And the staff was also very nice!

The toilet was not cleaned. The shampoo and body wash were empty, and the toilet paper roll ran out and there was not an extra one. There were no pillows, sheets or blanket for the sofa bed. There were only two towels. The towels were very rough and not comfortable to dry off with. And no floor mat.
