Negatives: The cleanliness and general state of the hotel was poor, the carpets were filthy the rooms were dirty when we got there and there was garbage and dirty linens thrown on the floor outside of people's hotel rooms and when we checked out two days later they were still there. There were two exterior doors one of the back of the hotel and one at the front of the hotel that you used your key card to get in but none of the locks were engaged actually the locks were broken off and both exterior doors were just hanging open 24/7-VERY CONCERNING.

Negatives: SECOND FLOOR ROOM WITH INOPERATIVE ELEVATOR AND HANDICAPPED SPOUSE.

Negatives: What I do not like is that the hotel is closed for now.

Negatives: There was absolutely no cleaning done the place was filthy, help was rude and dishonest, they overcharged us at check in, and there was no clean towels or any room cleaning any of the 5 days we was there, also the beds was absolutely horrible they apparently have never been replaced and was wore completely down you could feel the springs we had 2 rooms with double beds in each and all 4 beds was like that it is absolutely the worst place I’ve ever stayed.

Negatives: The hallways had garbage bags in them and smelled bad , and the rugs in the hallways were dirty looking ,the elevators didn't work and the pool area was very hot more like a sauna !!!

Negatives: The three rooms we were assigned were all dirty, not being fully cleaned. The bathroom was dirty, leftover soap in the shower, hair globs in the drain, and empty shampoo bottles.

Negatives: I didn't like it when I asked for towels and washcloths before we went out for the day and we come back to our room and no clean towels and washcloths I had to call the front desk to get them other than that it was very clean and cozy. And they have no breakfast or coffee

Negatives: I asked for an early check in however I didn’t get to the hotel till 4pm and 3pm is standard check in, upon arrival I was informed my room wasn’t ready I needed to wait till 5pm or 6pm I was hot tired and just exhausted I traveled 16 hours with my children we just wanted to swim shower eat and sleep. The room I booked had a full-sized kitchen so I had grocery shopped for the needs of our stay. I came back to the hotel at 530pm my room still wasn’t ready but she gave me keys and my kids and I went in the basement bathroom (storage room) to change for the pool. At 630pm I went to check my room and my room hadn’t been touched the kitchen was filthy the bed hadn’t been made, there was dirt qtips on the floor throughout the bedroom area there were used condoms in the trash and urine and blood on the toilet pubic hairs throughout the bathroom. I went to the front desk and there was another woman who had some of my very same complaints I waited for her to get done because I wasn’t trying to make a scene I then explained my frustrations and front desk staff stated the would put me in a room temporarily till my room was clean I was extremely upset they put me in a double room which is all ready to small having 4 kids with me but they put me in another dirty filthy disgusting room with a bed that was slept in already but housekeeping made the bed back up the prior quests keys were on the dresser and there was seman stains on the bed and headboard also on the rolling chair and urine droplets on the floor and toilet, I called the front desk where she informed me they would move me to another room and also refund me the entire stay and I could leave or go it was nice to know they were willing to refund me my money however in refunding me my money my card had been ran 3 times so I was out of that money till the hold comes off I’m still waiting my children and I stayed due to the fact we were so exhausted the last room we were in was clean but not to usual standards!

Negatives: The carpet was dirty and old. The shower had leak in ceiling

Negatives: Beds uncomfortable and cigarette smoke smell in the hallways

Negatives: 10 trash bags piled beside broken ice machine smelled terrible

Negatives: The pool was closed for half of my stay. Whoever cleaned the pool put chemicals everywhere and my son got a chemical burn.

Negatives: Carpets where worn down the odor smelled like a dirty diapers no breakfast also put me and my kids on different floors and they are little kids

Negatives: Went to check in at 3pm and was told the room was not ready and it would be about an hour. Went to eat. Came back at 5pm and was told again it would be an hour until it was ready. Colton indicated there was no manager on duty. My husband went in and was told the room was ready. Beds were well used, sagging in the middle, coffee maker didn't work and the hallway flooded after a storm.
