Clean and attractive- comfortable beds, plenty of towels - accommodating staff , nice breakfast common to all Comfort Inns
Negatives:
Located in a residential neighborhood- no restaurant but they are building an event venue with a restaurant. One small criticism- limited bathroom counter space with 2-3 feet of empty space between sink and toilet- could easily extend the counter.

The train is a few hundred feet away and runs ALL night. I think it might be near a hub that transfers trains. It was impossible to stay asleep.

Not the hotels fault, but right across the river view is a train that runs basically all night long. Because of that noise it does make it challenging to sleep.
