Cleanliness of room was good. The staff was very accommodating. They provided quick service to and from the Airport. And the breakfast is good as well. For the price, you can't beat it anywhere in that area.

The bathroom room was not clean. At all. Pink mold all over shower. Shower head was spraying straight out to the floor of the bathroom. Leaks in bathroom. Found black hairs all over towels. Front desk was rude. Not professional at all.

my return no hotel shuttle I called lady catch the globe the first driver said to me I could walk across the street and he said he did not have a slip for me called the hotel. Lady called Globe called me back and told me to catch the next Globe.

There was black hair in the bathtub(had to clean the tub before I could take a shower), the tv did not work. I had to crawl behind the dresser to plug it in and then it would not move off of the main menu. I could not get it to live tv or the tv guide.

It is an old hotel. The hallways and drapes need updated. The beds and rooms were moderately clean. The guy who was the morning associate check in was Putting out breakfast. With no gloves or apron.

We only spent a short time there. The room was big and clean. I thought the bed was very comfortable. Loved that it was near restaurants and provided shuttle service to airport at 5 am. I was surprised the breakfast was available starting at 4 am!

We liked the convenience to the airport & that they offered a free shuttle to the airport, even at 3am. The room was clean and neat,for only about a 9 hour stay, it met our needs & expecting.

As we checked in, the staff was very unfriendly & not helpful at all.
The tv kept blinking out and turning completely off.
The sink was stopped up. It was never fixed in the three days we stayed there.
When we booked our rooms, it said pet friendly but it did not say there was an extra fee. While checking in (at the very last), they gave us a paper to sign about the pet fee. The next day we were charged an extra $80 for our little Chiweenie! Thats an outrageous amount to be unexpectedly charged!! Our family booked 3 rooms total and each of us were charged the extra $80. We should have been told upfront (when we booked our rooms) that there would be an extra charge for pets.
