When I pulled up to the hotel no cars it was vacant. It has been closed since October 2022. I had to book another hotel because of this being vacant. I got charged for the hotel :(

They were shutdown and closed with a Police Order to Vacate the unsafe building. And I wasted over 2 hours on the phone and I still don't have my refund.

I booked this online Saturday morning for Saturday night and Sunday morning, paid for it, received a confirmation and drive three hours to arrive at the hotel at 7;00 pm, get to the hotel and go to the front desk where is no one there and a note that says call this number for desk help, I call tell man that I am looking to check in and he says we dont have any rooms so I tell him that I already booked it and paid for it and he says there are no available rooms, your room was canceled, no one called me or sent me any texts or emails saying this. I then called my credit card company to dispute this matter and called. Book.com and explained the situation to the both companies. I paid $87.27 for one room and received a $5.74 credit from book.com. Still disputing the case with book.com until I get the rest of my money. Bad management, bad customer service and the price they charge for a room is expensive from the look of the hotel on the outside. Dont go here ! Not worth the stress and money

Drove till i got tired and this hotel happened to be there conveniently right off the highway. The manager was the best part of the stay. VERY friendly and helpful. 5 stars to him. From the looks of some of the people staying there, the poor guy has his hands ffull.

The owner and the person I talked to at the Dalton location where polite.
Negatives:
When I arrived at the Dalton location, there was no room available even though I had a reservation, so I had to go to their other location which was 30 minutes out of my way. The photos that they show are stock photos. The rooms don't look like that.

Close to the interstate.
Negatives:
When I arrived I was informed my room was not available. But for $10 more I could have another room. Basically extortion at the front desk. Very disappointed.
