Positives:
Entering the room you could smell how clean it was. I was very pleased with the room from amenities to cleanliness. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Negatives:
Ordered a smoking room but they are under renovation so there aren't any. They need an ice machine though you can get some at the front desk.

The staff was great, and the rooms were surprisingly put together than what we expected. Everything was comfortable, and the bathrooms were very spacious.
Negatives:
The seasonal price hike. We looked at all other options before finalizing because it was a little bit absurd.

Cant beat the value, clean and simple
Negatives:
Rooms could have been cleaner. Outside needs a lot of work.outside the rooms were cans for buts. People were smoking outside their rooms. Didn't have the free breakfast so I can't comment on that. Heard staff complaining about working conditions. I will say the staff pleasant. Oh, we asked for a rollaway bed and they would bring it up if we needed it but later we will asked they said they didn't have them.

When we turned on the heat it smelled like cat urine. We had no light in the bathroom and there werent any bulbs to replace. When we went to check out and get our bill there was nobody on duty, the maintenance man apologized and maid a copy of the sign in sheet.

Noisy, smelly, unprofessional
Positives:
The beds were comfy, and everything worked as expected. The included breakfast was very nice, not the usual donuts and yucky muffins and well stocked.
Negatives:
The building exterior needs some work, there's a boarded up window and some other damage and completely lacks curb appeal, but the lobby was very nice. The shower and the curtain let water spray outside of the shower and soak the floor. When we dried the floor with the floor towel it came up very dirty, so maybe a quick run thru with a swiffer mop or similar would fix that.
