Staff members kind, accommodating but say one thing and do the opposite. Such as: they say the hotel van will transport guests then they say they dont even have a van , very confusing.

The beds were very comfortable. Hotel was clean.
Negatives:
Room was not cleaned every other day. Hairdryer was missing from the room. No ice machine or ice bucket. Rooms were too cold.

Front desk staff ghetto, shower water temperatures were backwards. Back of shower head not clean very moldy in master suite. Drawer broken in living room. It feels like a maze just to get to the elevators
