Sucks big time. Front desk lady need to change her attitude.
Positives:
Hotel employee, was pleasant but you could tell he was stressed out, seemed like the only the person there when we checked in.
Negatives:
The entire stay was uncomfortable. Hotel employee was welcoming but everything else was less than what you expect when you book a "Marriott Hotel". There was mold in the room, dirty bed sheets, dirty pool, no breakfast or coffee.
