Positives:
This location is close to my daughter and has some stores nearby if you need anything. I wish there were better food options although I have heard that Texas Roadhouse is coming to the land beside this hotel.
Negatives:
The pillows could be better and the restrooms need exhaust fans please...Breakfast was very crowded and the waffle machines stayed busy, we could never get to them and ended up at McDonalds and Panera for our breakfast. Bagels, cream cheese and yogurts would be a nice addition.

Breakfast. I think you should add fresh pastries and muffins and fresh hard boiled eggs. Fresh foods as they are healthier without preservatives and refreshing. Also the beds could be more plush...With Hilton attached to the name, I would have expected excellences.

Staff were super helpful, the room was very clean, comfortable, and had plenty of space. breakfast offered something for everyone. Cant say enough about the great staff!!
Negatives:
The pool was very nice and our kids had a chance to enjoy a dip. However, there seemed to be a party of 10 boys that overtook the pool and pool room for the entire evening. Others didnt get much pool time- maybe more oversight would help.

Clean room and facilities. Plenty of parking. Staffs are very friendly. I booked multiple rooms for groups. Manager are extremely friendly and helpful going through the group check-in process.

Breakfast was so so. They did all our billing incorrectly.

They did all our billing wrong. Then blew me off for a week. Then they lied said no manager was on duty so my best friend who lives in Ephrata drove over and asked for the manager.....who was there.
