Beds were too small, pillows were too small and when you laid on them they were flat, there was a hole in the wall, there was brown smear on the bathroom wall, windows were not clean.

It was all in rough shape. Dents, stains, cheap bed, I tried to clean the faucet and dislodged something so there was grime/grout pieces coming out every time we used it. There wasn't housekeeping, which was fine. The staff were great.

The room had a very strong perfume smell from cleaners used. It was not a good smell and gave us a headache. They really need to use something different, I will not stay there again. The condition of the hotel is just very run down.

Breakfast started and 7am and we left at 6:30am for the bowling alley for the tournament that started at 8am.

There was no shower curtain in our bathroom. We needed to take showers, unfortunatley the floor was sopping wet!

Staff were friendly, the beds were comfortable and sheets were clean. TV seemed new (didn’t use). Breakfast selections were okay.

Smelled of pot covered up with fragrance, shower curtain was missing, tub had mildew all along corners, drain overflow hanging oddly, no vent fan, noisy heater, cheap pillows, window permanently locked, stained furniture, generally run down. Outer doors not secure, sidewalks crumbling, parking lot potholes..

Good location off I90. Rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly.

Bathroom was dirty. Hole in the wall where the water comes in for the toilet, which is big enough for rodents to get in. Tub was dingy. Floors dirty. No shampoo or conditioner. And it looks like one of the shower shelves got melted somehow.

Breakfast was very good. Not your typical hotel breakfast. The hotel was very nice. Much better than the last time I stayed there. They have put a lot of money in to refurbishing the hotel.
