For a Hilton it was very underwhelming. Needs to be updated. Stains in the carpets. Mold in the bathroom. Didnt get the King bed. Sheets didnt fit the bed. Very pricey for what we got.

Bed was only okay. No tissues in the bathroom, only an empty tissue box, which made me question the thoroughness of the cleaning staff. The Hilton brand is just not what it used to be. Always a disappointment nowadays.

The room was exceptionally big, too big actually. Had a full size dishwasher, not sure why. The location was nice, close to everything.

When we arrived the front desk did not have our booking. Had to leave and come back. They told us to call booking.com and check our reservation, even though I had confirmation. The room was large, had a sitting room in it, but only 3 pillows on the bed. which is strange for any hotel I have been in. When we were checking out, the girl at the front desk saw me standing there but continued to fold laundry in the room behind the desk, ignored me for a good 5 minutes until she was done and then said can I help you. Was not impressed with the customer service. Especially for the amount we paid for the room at this hotel.

That I booked a room that had a bedroom and got one with a curtain, very uncomfortable stay. Was 3 sets of towels but 4 of us. Door didnt latch completely unless you pushed/pulled it. Told them but it didnt change

Check in process was a breeze. Lobby clean. Pool area very nice. And breakfast was great.

Wish they had at least 2 waffle makers for the morning. Had to wait 25 months minutes just to make one. Also room was clean but not clean clean.
