Bc my room was all the way up on 3rd floor. They had all these other rooms empty from on the first floor and second floor why they put me way up on the third floor 337 all the way at the end of the hall when all those other rooms were empty.???

The front desk had great customer service very friendly and room was perfect. Very Clean enough towels for the 3 of us. Breakfast was great. Served everything. Will stay again and recommend to friends and family.

Positives:
Liked having both a refrigerator & a microwave. Bed was comefortable and the HVAC system was relatively quiet and efficient. Breakfast was standard fare for this class of hotel and all but the eggs, sausage and waffels were available all day. Also had free cookies every day.
Negatives:
We were originally given a room that was already occupied! lLuckily no one was in the room at the time. Took a while to figure-out the error and give us another room. Had trouble with the wi-fi on the first night, but was able to fix after an hour or so. Roomwas small and cramped, could not get past an occupied desk chair and bed.

Positives:
The location was excellent and easy to get to off of I-90. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming.
Negatives:
The bathroom could have had a toilet paper wall mount dispenser, the roll was on the back of the toilet lid.

Rooms were together as requested, clean, had nice supplies, refrigerator in my room was good. The breakfast was great and the ice machine was also great. Enjoyed the coffee and tea supplies etc. in room and all the fresh brewed coffee in the lobby, and additional items were much appreciated ! Staff was welcoming and friendly , which is always a good sign and needed for travelers in a new place/city .
Negatives:
fan and heater unit needs to be cleaned and fixed, or replaced, broken plastic fins in both rooms; makes noises; in my son's room, the refrige unit, was making a lot of noises, tried to move it to balance it, but did not help; so kept him awake. TV was somewhat difficult to understand how to watch local stations , but then we got it.

We enjoyed the breakfast and thought it was fantastic. The room was nice a little small, but very nice. There was a few little parts in the bathroom that were missed in cleaning, but not really a big deal.
Negatives:
Not much just in the bathroom on the side of the vanity there was some splatter marks maybe from the toilet maybe from the sink I don’t know other than that that was the only issue we noticed
