It had roaches the toilet didn’t flush, the staff don’t clean or offer up clean linen in fact my sons disabled and his gtube (he’s 9 and terminal) leaked onto the sheet/ I asked for another one and was greeted at the door by a group of women/ telling me I could take them to the laundry man that my son needed to control his stomach, he’s completely immobile and has no movement, they told me he was disgusting, and after the week I had paid for WE STAYED THREE WEEKS AND ONLY ASKED FOR LINEN THIS DAY: that we could no longer stay, disability discrimination, emotional damage; disrespectful, and I did report to everyone and am seeking a attorney. My child is a blessing and he’s taught hard to live he’s been on the news his dna is opening doors for other mitochondrial disease patients and we’ve never been so heartbroken and disrespected- he’s a child and we paid over 1500 this month as we are out of Townes but had previously stayed and spent well over 7000. You will be seeing news clips soon I’m working with other adult paraplegic advocates and some special people to share the story- corporate and booking was reported to as well- dogs and cats pissimg all over the floors and called my baby disgusting.

When a made reservations for the room there was no refrigerator for microwave the TV was distorted fading in and out of channels had to pay an additional $100 for another room with microwave and refrigerator
