Hotel overbooked and cancelled our reservation!!!!! They would not do anything about it. We had to call booking.com and finally after an hour in the lobby at midnight they provided us with a room. The front desk guy was awful

Never again!!!!
Positives:
First, we stayed at the Wyndham Garden Inn. When we signed with you, you told us that we’re not going to be be any additional charges. that was not true for many years we booked directly with the hotel and got free parking for the length of our stay. Including the time we traveled. When we checked in, we were told that since we booked with you, we were not allowed to park Free so it cost us an additional $75 plus tax.

Just the staff. They were extremely nice. They were very efficient & helpful when needed. The bed was comfortable & clean as well.
Negatives:
The bathroom has strong sewage odor, the sink was clogged up, the wallpapers were peeling, the refrigerator did not work, the vent in the bathroom was hanging and as well not working, the room was stuffy, the ceiling paint was cracked, & the hallways smelled bad too.
