Front desk receptionist very friendly and attentive.

Was supposed to have a non-smoking room but walked in and it smelled like an astray. The floor also looked as if it hadnt been swept. I had just driven over 9 hours and wasnt in the mood to address the issue. At 6am I was awaken to a drip sound in the bathroom. There was a water leak from the vent/light.
