I asked for a handicapped accessible room, it was not. Hard to get on and off the toilet and I was unable to take a shower. Not sure if it was booking.coms error or the hotel. I chose this hotel because it had an accessible room, it did not.

The room furnishings are very basic. Two stiff chairs, but for our purposes it’s fine. We are not in the room that much!

The staff and environment of the place was amazing. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and accommodating! The room was comfortable and clean.
Negatives:
The only downside was the water temperature. The sink was almost always hot water, no cold water. While using the shower, the water was either scalding hot or ice cold and changed during the time used, without anyone touching the faucet. Not something to ruin the stay, just a little inconvenient.
