The room itself was very nice, the facilities outside is a different story, stairs and hallways are dirty and poorly maintained
Negatives:
I wasn't able to sleep at all . A little past midnight, some people (about 5) started talking, almost to the point of yelling, laughing and just having a good time right outside the room next to mine. I called the front desk at 1:20 to complain about the noise and it stopped for about 15 minutes, then it stated again. I called for a second time at 2:17 to complain again, and again nothing happened. I thought about confronting these people but I thought of my daughter sleeping on the room next to me, on the opposite side of the noise makers. Finally they got quiet well past 4 AM and my alarm went off at 5:30. When I asked my daughter and her mother about the noise, they also heard the whole thing and weren't able to get a good night sleep.

I liked that we were on the first floor and we could park right in front of our door. It was easily located right off the highway but we didn't hear any highway noise.
Negatives:
Breakfast was minimal but it was to be expected. We went to McDonald's which was next door.

The bed was too high. We did not get a room on the ground floor as we asked. There was no elevator. The TV did not work. When we called the front desk they stated that the man who handled TVs was not there.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Room was very nice and clean with all brand new furnishings
Negatives:
The room description on booking.com was not accurate! I booked a room with a spa tub and fireplace and paid the price for that room, however when I checked in I was given a regular small queen room! No compensation was made for the error!
