Negatives: Dirty, people living there, unsafe feeling.

Negatives: No cups of any kind, no ice bucket, no coffee.

Negatives: Filthy room ,could not even put your feet on the floor. No towels,trash can,ice buckets arent used,we were handed a trash bag for ice. Majority of rooms are being used as permanent homes. Beds were terible.lamp on desk had to be unplugged to avoid shock.

Negatives: The place had not been cleaned. There was hair left in the shower and sink. There was dead bugs and dirt throughout the entire room. There was no hot water. Our room was supposed to be nonsmoking but it had such a strong smoke smell all of our belongings smelled like smoke. We told the front desk and they just handed us a bottle of febreeze. We had no smoke detector, the front desk person told us they figured since it smelled like cigerette smoke. Our towels had stains all over them. The security lock on the door was missing. The wall mount for our tv was missing so it was sitting leaning against the wall with an extension cord plastered to the wall. There was food from the previous person left in the fridge. We found a mouse under our fridge stand. The breakfast consisted of just toast and bagels.

Negatives: The hotel looks like a shelter for homeless people. Very poorly cleaned paper, dying. on the ground, very noisy elevator

Negatives: Everything

Negatives: The property was bad. There were families living there kids riding bikes through the parking lot and through tunnel near the lobby. The outside smelled like cat urine and there was actually a box of tidy cats sitting on the sidewalk right before we walked into the lobby. The room was filthy with q-tips crumbs and loose change on the floor, a mystery brown liquid spotted on the hand towels and a walls, and the bed had crumbs in the sheets. The bathroom smelled of black mold which was coming out the bottom of the vinyl they used to cover it as well as the ceiling.
