the elevator broke right after i checked in. the front desk was unconcerned that i had to walk up and down five flights of stairs with my bad knees

The breakfast was delicious and hot!!

it looked like this hotel was renovated however, they did not do a good job at all, and there are missing pieces of molding in my room. Also the bathroom door was waterlogged and had mold all over the bottom of it all the way up 6 inches from the floor.

Positives:
Beds were the most uncomfortable that weve ever slept on. We hardly slept the entire night. There was hair in the bathroom and what appeared to be a spot of blood on the shower curtain. We were provided two towels for three people.
Positives:
The front desk clerks were friendly and accommodating. The price we paid was terrific but generally there is a reason for such a good price.
Negatives:
The facade of the hotel looks well. The inside is another story. Its very dated. The breakfast area is a challenge. Extremely difficult to impossible to walk through the area. Oversized chairs in a small area dont help.

Hotel and staff were very nice. Just wish they had hallmark on the t.v.

No hallmark t.v. and next time I will ask for a room that is not by the road because it was noisy from the outside traffic.

Easy to get to, good location for tourist activities, very little street noise when in the room.

Yes! From 7 am and through the morning, there was constant people noise, slamming doors, kids yelling down the hallsthen the maids show up! I was expecting a good sleep because the hotel made such a point of reminding people to be quiet at night.

The hotel was fine just a little dated.
