Good location. Close to outlets and plenty of restaurants.

Housekeeping knocked and attempted to come into the room at 8:26am and again at 9:57am. Our checkout was at noon. Not a pleasant surprise waking up to housekeeping trying to get in. Walls were also thin so you can hear people talking on the hallway. Room has a slightly funky smell but seemed clean.

Hotel was crowded both nights and noisy we we put on a floor in the middle of kids playing in hallways and running elevators were slow because hotel was so busy

It was clean, staff was pleasant, bed comfortable, large tv in the room, on sight food is some of the best I have ever had for it to be considered a 3 star hotel.
Negatives:
The toilet seat in my room was cheap, it kept sliding and no I am not over weight I am 5’5 165.

The lobby of the hotel was upscale and beautiful. We enjoyed the lounging area with the well stocked bar.
Love having a Starbucks in the lobby also.
Negatives:
The junior suite lacked comfort and panache in the sitting area.
There was miscommunication regarding housekeeping, as to whether they were or were not to provide service. We did not have towels replaced, nor trash, emptied for days.
Shower seal was leaking with water over entire bathroom floor.

Negatives:
We did not have hot water. It was warm and when we contacted the front desk they asked us to run the sink as the same time as the shower. We waited 10+ mins and it only got warm.
