Extended Stay America Suites - Philadelphia - King of Prussia

Negatives: Nothing bad to report.

Negatives: I had to wait over 30 minutes for someone at the desk to check me in, when i had already booked in advance. I called the corporate office and they tried to call the desk i was at, to reach someone and they couldn't reach anyone either. They took my name and number and told me that they would call me while I was at the hotel to talk about giving me some compensation for having to wait so long and I drove from 5 hours away and they never called. After that he finally came and said they're short staffed and he was on lunch break. I don't want the kid to get in trouble cause he seemed like a good kid, but he shouldn't be by himself. That's on management. My room didn't even have a remote to the TV and I had to go to the desk for that smh. It was a really bad experience to go through when you came from a 5 hour drive and you just want to relax and at least if you can't get that, you should be properly compensated for that. That Extended Stay in King of Prussia is very unorganized and nobody should be at the service desk by themselves to where they go on a lunch break and unintentionally have people waiting over 30 minutes and having the corporate office call and them not getting no answer either. Very Disappointed

Negatives: I don't like that place, the bad smells, the dirty room, they were no staff etc. Everything was very very bad. There was NO breakfast. It is a scam. I didn't like anything about that place

Negatives: Some of the staff were so rude. The tone of the girl at the front desk speaking to guests was uncalled for. The girl almost fought me simply because I asked her to tone down her voice talking to me rudely. Honestly, I didn't know that how the hotel was going to be. First time for me in a hotel like this. I have it on my list and record as one of the hotels I will never book again in my life. It was a horrible experience for my family and I. It was too late to cancel, so I had no choice but to stay. Rooms were so dirty too.

Negatives: Price could be less and needs more vending

Negatives: Animal hair on floor. What joke to say they have breakfast. No juice or milk. Nothing warm. Just a few prepackage muffins and coffee. Stayed at Extended Stay America Suites in other location because and they offered real breakfast and was good experience.

Negatives: Wish there was more in the morning for breakfast

Negatives: No Breakfast

Negatives: The appliances, counter, and shower wall needed to be cleaned. I always bring my own cleaning supplies.
