Negatives: During our stay of two days, I was pretty shocked to find a mouse in the room! The bathroom was inconvenient, and the shower had no door, making it inconvenient. There were no towel hangers or shelves available in the bathroom, which was frustrating. The furniture appeared to be excessively worn out and needed urgent replacement.

Negatives: I enjoyed everything

Negatives: Where to even start with this place from the moment of checking in to the moment of checking out was a nightmare. When I checked in on 1/12 I got there around 6pm and was being helped by a young guy who probably was new because I asked him if there was a hold they do if so how much and he was telling me like 32 bucks but in reality it was 100 which whatever that's fine so when he told me to pay he never said the actual price and double charged me for my room when I actually already paid for it in advance and apparently before you tell the person to pay they are supposed to go into the 3rd party payment page and would have saw I paid already so now I'm in the hole for 900 bucks when I asked what the hell the guy wanted to argue with me and say I didn't pay so he went and got this short little manager who was sitting at the bar and not watching the employees do their job. I checked out Sunday morning and I'm still waiting for my refund. Our toilet leaked whenever you flushed the shower is the dumbest thing ever no shower door so no matter how well you becareful you still get water on the floor. Me and my wife went into the hot tube and the jets never worked when we were told they did one of the reasons we booked there. There's no free breakfast you have to pay for it. And I went to use the computer that's in the lobby all 4 computers didn't work and I wasn't able to to deal with a important work email that I couldn't do on my phone. And the topping to the ice cream the guest director wanted to argue with me and my wife when we checked out we wanted proof that we got refunded for the double charge I will not be recommending this dump to family or friends not even to a damn roach or bedbug this place isn't worth the hassle or the headache and it's way over priced and it shouldn't be considered a fancy hotel!
