The property was in outside and inside the the guy the staff made sure our groups room was close together in was polite

Walking into a hotel it the front staff is wasn’t friendly or welcoming the front desk workers looked at you funny didn’t speak and when you ask them a question they said WHAT!!! In that wasn’t good plus it was dirty towels rolled up on our room that looked like they cleaned the floor with it

Room size was large and mattress comfy. Pillows were not comfortable. Room was clean. nice size TV.
Negatives:
Receptionist at check in was too clinical. I did not feel welcomed. She offered whatever room location and when I advised we needed a room without having to use stairs she offered first floor but didn't exactly tell me the door was in the side of the building. I didn't feel comfortable nor safe with going in a side lot door. I asked for a room on the same floor as reception and was given a room in the bottom level. Even though the room was clean the shade was jammed up and really didn't cover the whole window leaving just enough for light to filter thru on each side. Since Royal Farms building was across the parking lot their lights filtered thru all night long. They need a larger shade or demi curtains to cover the edges. And a more welcoming receptionist that ensures guests feel welcomed and advise there is a restaurant on site. It may be on your website but it helps to remind guests there are restaurant services on premise. Provide information in the rooms other than behind the room key card about services included, how to set up WiFi and whatever they need.
