Nothing before the rooms weren’t that bad but I always was downstairs now that I’m going upstairs everything is disgusting.
Negatives:
The whole stay was horrible. There was cockroaches in the room the door stopped working so I had to tell someone to open the door instead of them fixing the door or switch me into a different room and they were going to switch me to a different room until they find out that I already checked in a room so I left because no one was doing anything and no one seem to care and They didn’t want to give my money back or give me half of what I spent they wanna give me $50 out of $150 and some tax I spent. they didn’t really apologize but go back-and-forth with me about it but I never had this problem with them before before the rooms are never a problem just any room upstairs is disgusting because the times I did stay I was downstairs but when I went into the room the first day it was not really cleaned it dirt on the floor and rust all over the bathtub. I was in room 223. I went here with my husband and my baby and I could not even sleep there after I have a lot of videos of how nasty the room was but I checked out early.
