Allowing minors to occupy rooms alone. Management talked to them but nonsense continued till midnight. Had to visit desk several times before someone was actually there and then just got an I’m sorry. We paid good money and lack of sleep second night made experience upsetting.

Dirty carpet. Dingy everywhere. Peeling walls in elevator. In general is was gross& definitely not worth it. I will be at home2suites from now on.

The rooms are dingy. AC didn't work. The elevator walls are peeling. Horrible old carpet. Dirty showers. I am 99% sure that the duvet on my bed was a mattress pad. I will stick with Home2Suites, I learned my lesson.

I like how helpful the staff were when voicing my concerns. They were very concerned and helpful.
Negatives:
I did not like the breakfast selection. Also I did not like the fact that it was the winter time and we had to go outside to get to the pool because the doors that were inside the hotel that led to the pool were out of service. Me and my children had to get completely dressed clothes and coat just to come and go from the pool. I decided that that was enough and that we needed to leave.
