Positives:
Breakfast was very very moderate, no meat or even ham included. You can make a waffle, have a boiled egg or a yogurt. Some fruit also available.

Negatives:
If your room faces the road, it's quite noisy. Out curtains also didn't seem to close out the light completely.
The floors weren't dirty on the first look, but they didn't feel clean either.

We liked how easy it was to locate. There was enough parking space right at the front of the hotel. Both the night and day managers were really helpful, courteous and pleasant. It's quite a basic hotel but had everything that we needed for a short 2-night stay visiting Meadville. Breakfast was modest but enough. It was still cold when we were there but the hotel lobby and room were warm. For the price, it was value for money.

We have no complaints so I guess, there's nothing to dislike.

Rooms were little small, rooms not sound proof but did not wake us. Hotel was built a while ago so we knew it would be that way. Had issues with keys demagnetizing, had to visit desk twice.
