Room was not cleaned properly. I was sleeping on half a pillow. Toilet had mold and mildew, bed was not comfortable, sofa was sunken in. Breakfast eggs don't taste like real eggs, didn't like any of the breakfast. Coffee was tolerable..

The breakfast was fantastic and the attendant was so sweet and helpful! The room was large and the bed was comfy.

The couch and chair in the room were very dated and not comfortable. The pool area was also a bit dated and felt dirty.

There was a man in the pool in his underwear while there’s tons of little kids. He also had a 4 year old in his underwear in the pool. The kid was running and screaming . A staff came in to get towels and didn’t say anything just watched the boy run around screaming

Bathroom was super dirty. Toilet had remnants of former travelers. Went to front desk immediately after checking in. I was told housekeeping had a few things to do but would be there in a while. Isn’t that supposed to be done before we get there? Overall the room was just not clean. Fingerprints everywhere and dirty mirrors. Sure didn’t make me confident in the cleanliness of the bed.
