I tried to change reservation and Booking . com was totally unhelpful and an impediment - could not even access their phones even though I tried to change days in advance to modify reservation by one day. I called hotel and they claimed they were unable to help at all Will never use Booking . com again since they deliberately make themselves not helpful on the customer service side

room clean beds somewhat comfortable, one bed needs new mattress, (the one I slept in )

The toilet was way to low to the floor, bad lighting in bathroom, went to take a shower, waiting for hot water and
tub was filling up with water, had to turn off shower and wait for it to drain and then showered.

Breakfast was the worst of any hotel I have stayed at and I have stayed at a lot. Bathtub had rust, sink drain rusted out, needs a detail cleaning and grounds had trash.
